Cooperation of local communities in the HU-RO-UA border region for joint development planning, capacity and partnership building
Information about the project:
The overall objective of the project – in response to gaps in institutional capacity and the challenges created by UA’s administrative reform, COVID19 and war – is the preparation of cross-border territorial development plans and assessments of the HUROUA border region. This is in line with program’s priority 3 and ISO1 b), since the project’s network and joint actions enhance the cross-border cooperation, the knowledge transfer, the elimination of legal obstacles & other challenges.
