Initiator and moderator of the meeting: Tisza EGTC, Lead Beneficiary. AGENDA: agree on the content of the final leaflets (what should be included, what images, what content); status of the Concept Note document, closing the project,final conference.
It was agreed: the bulletin for the REVITAL I project will consist of information of the main achievements of the project and will be in three languages. All partners agreed to provide inputs (text and pictures/figures not more than one-and-a-half-page size A4) close of business on Tuesday, 27 June.
All partners will contribute and review the Strategic Concept Note updated version and add and comment as necessary. Starting from Executive summary and ending with table of references. Some partners will still contribute to the SCN by the 30 June and then TISZA External expert will do the review and continue compilation and then call a meeting with partners for clarifications and final amendments between 1st and 7th July;
The final conference will take place in Uzhgorod on one of the days from 14-18 August, that will be discussed during the meeting on 30 June. It will be a hybrid meeting – both in person and online. Who presents what will also be discussed during the upcoming project meetings.
